SABERCLAN

Saberclan is the darkest, densest forest of all the territories. Their territory is covered in both evergreen trees, pine and cedar mostly, as well as dead or dying oak trees, choked out by the deep green forest. It sports borders of ocean and freshwater, and has a pond connected to the clan's camp. Within the forest are boggy patches of deep and shallow water. The very edges of the main territory is sand and beach, and as of now the clan controls a pretty large territory of plains and rolling hills, but this area is highly contested most of the time.

A small fire broke out in the forest a few moons into the movement of Saberclan into the territory, burning a section of the forest and the largest tree in the territory up into smoke. Since then, the forest has mostly recovered, but the area that's still scarred by the event is well known by the clan. Within this area is a trap of suctioning mud, known as the mud pit. Cats are warned away, but it's used to easily get rid of diseased corpses and prey.

The cats that live here are usually long furred and have darker colors to blend into their forested home. They're the most suspicious of the three clans, and don't warm to strangers easily. They keep to themselves, are loyal to their clan only, usually, and tend to be pretty secretive and cunning. They very rarely give information up, and even if they don't necessarily approve of fighting constantly, they won't shy away from a fight or skirmish for the clan.

PREY ;
The prey found most often in the main territory of evergreens are voles, rats, mice, crows, frogs, toads, and on the plains they can find rabbits, hares, mice, pheasants and shrews. Within the ocean and pond, fish are found as well. In the darker parts of the forest, bats can also be found and occasioanlly taken down.

HERBS ;
Within the rocks on the territory, Chervil, Yarrow and Thyme. Within the darker parts of the forest, Borage, Dock Leaves and Moss are common. Finally, on the gentle plains/hills, catnip scarecly grows, as well as poppy pretty commonly. Cobwebs can be found all over, fairly commonly.

PREDATORS ;
Spiders are a common threat within the entire territory, especially in the denser evergreen areas. Wolves and foxes can make dens here too, as well as coyotes. Occasionally snakes are found in the plains, and Owls can sometimes be spotted above the camp.

COYOTECLAN

Coyoteclan possesses one of the larger of the three territories, with the camp located completely underground in a cave system. The forest covering the territory is always colorful, often red and yellow with leaf-fall hues year round due to the climate of the territory. The territory is surrounded mostly by freshwater, with a small expanse next to the bridge to Star Isle being the only ocean close to the territory. Because of this, there are few ocean-based prey animals found by Coyoteclan.

The flower forest is a clan-favorite spot, being one of the only spots that consistantly grows a large amount of catnip and flower-based herbs. The red clearing is another favorite, as it gives a solid place to sun yourself without getting too close to the water.

Finally, the stone island is another solid spot. Covered in rocks and just a river away from the volcano, it is considered to be very dangerous, and generally avoided. Snakes are known to live here, as well as a large badger making it's home nearby.

The cats living here have all sorts of shapes, fur lengths and colors, however, those with shorter fur tend to find an easier time fishing. They are loyal to themselves usually, though the clan is also a close second, and tend to be strong-willed cats. They are steadfast in their beliefs, but are kinder to strangers than their dark forested border clan. However, they are also one of the more aggressive clans, and tend to go the physcial route when facing conflict.

The prey found most often in the main territory are pheasants, various small birds, voles, shrews, mice, and squirrels. There are also water-borne prey animals, like fish, in the freshwater locations.

HERBS ;
Catnip, yarrow, juniper berries, borage and thyme are extremely common in the flower forest. Moss can be found near the rivers under rocks uncommonly, and poppy is kind of rare to find. Cobwebs can be found fairly commonly in camp as well, as well as amongt the forest.

PREDATORS ;
Snakes are common on the stone island, and a badger is known to be living there as well. Foxes are also pretty common to find, with the occasional wolf passing through. There are also large birds of prey, predomiantly eagles, that take interest in smaller apprentices once in a while.

EAGLECLAN

Eagleclan once had the largest portion of territory on the island, but both of the other clans have pushed back on the borders and taken some away. Still, Eagleclan possesses prey-ritch hills and fields, with sparse forests and waters full of fish. a vast majority of the clan's territory is flat and even, but there are some low mountains near the camp, and two fairly large forests as well.

Flower Hollow is a good place for prey and herbs for the clan, and allows for a decent area to rest and get away from camp and others. It's pretty secluded and has easy access to the sun, so it's a fairly popular location.

The Yellow forest and birch lake border each other, and provide the majority of the clan's herb storage and freshwater fish. The lake is also clean, fresh water, so it's another popular place for clanmembers to visit within the territory.

The steep, grey rocks that border the clan's camp hollow help protect from predators and nature, but the camp being in the hollow does mean that floods are common.

The cats that live here are almost exclusively short-furred, so they may run across the plains and shallow hills easily, though there are a few instances where outsiders with long fur join. This clan is the least weary of strangers, and tend to be very outgoing, open characters. They are proud of their clan and history, but will avoid fighting if at all possible, tending to have a more passive conflict resolution than the clans around them. The fight isn't worth wounded clanmates in their eyes, but if pushed hard enough, they will defend themselves.

The prey found most often in the main territory are rabbits, moorhens, wild chickens and hares, with a few shrews and small birds. Within the forests, especially near the river, there are also pheasants, squirrels, mice and voles. Fish re plentiful in the ocean and freshwater as well, but are rarely needed and not preferred. Every once in a while, they can take down an eagle of hawk in the higher elevations as well.

HERBS ;
Within the rocks on the territory, Chervil, Yarrow and Thyme. Juniper barries can be found on scraggly bushes around the territory, Poppy is fairly common as well in the plains. Dock leaves and borage are moderately plentiful, but catmint doesn't grow here. Moss is common around the pond and river, and cobwebs tend to be fairly common in camp and in the forests.

PREDATORS ;
Snakes are very common around the ponds and river, coyotes also tend to roam around fairly commonly, badgers have been known to make dens in the forests, and falcons and eagles like to swoop down and try to take kits or smaller apprentices from the camp once in a while.
